The free trial provides you with the full version of the selected plan for 14 days. You will get the full experience of the OMNA software, so you know exactly what you are getting. You will not need to provide your credit card for the free trial.

Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time. Click on Plans & Billing in your OMNA dashboard, to change your plan.

If you exceed your plan’s order limit for the billing period, you will be charged an overage cost for the month based on your plan’s overage charge per order. For example, if you subscribed to the Silver plan but exceeded the 1500 order limit, you will be charged $0.04 for every subsequent order. Thus, if you exceeded the 1500 order limit by 500 orders, you will be charged $20. Email our support team for more details.
